Our course combines live instruction, demonstration, and hands-on practice. Each two-hour weekly session includes a 20-minute conceptual introduction, 80 minutes of guided demonstration and practice cooking, and a 20-minute review and discussion period.

No prior experience is necessary. Our course is designed for complete beginners through intermediate cooks. We start with fundamental techniques and progress systematically, ensuring everyone develops confidence and competence at their own pace.
The course is eight weeks long with one two-hour session per week. Classes are held on weekday evenings and weekend mornings to accommodate various schedules. You'll receive the exact schedule and timing options during registration.
All ingredients used during demonstrations and hands-on practice are provided. You'll be given a shopping list before each class for any optional take-home practice. Our kitchen facilities include all professional equipment needed for the course.
We understand life happens. Each participant is allowed to reschedule up to two sessions to another time slot within the eight-week period. Course materials and recordings are available for independent review if needed.
Upon completion, you'll receive a digital certificate of participation, a comprehensive recipe collection featuring all course recipes with detailed notes, lifetime access to our digital resource library, and continued access to our alumni community forum for ongoing support and recipe exchange.
We limit classes to twelve participants to ensure personalized attention and adequate practice space. This allows our instructors to provide detailed feedback and create an intimate, supportive learning environment where everyone can develop confidence.
